I love the property inside and out, it is very peaceful which is one of the main reasons I decided to rent here and the river is great to look at! I work long hours and it truly is a retreat coming home here. There is not enough that I can say about the management here at The Retreat, by far they have made everything from day 1 Great! Chris and Amanda both are easy to work with and treated me as family. They address every request quickly!
I’m about to sign a new lease after living here for a year. It is clean and quiet here, and the neighbors keep to themselves. The apartment is nice and updated, and this winter I rarely had to use the heater because the place is so well insulated. I have a nice view of Mt. Rainier and can walk my dogs by the river which they like immensely. The management has given me no trouble and is pleasant to interact with. The maintenance man is very nice, and when there is a problem he gets the work done.
I lived at the Retreat apartments and loved it, I only left because I moved out of state. The river is peaceful and it's a quiet community. Amanda and Jake have been there since I moved in and both have been great when I needed something; office related or maintenance related. I firmly believe they care and want everyone to enjoy living there. Overall, there are some tradeoffs when living so close to nature. But for me, they are worth it.
